All Sales are final and cannot be changed, as our products are on a made to order basis.
We do not offer refunds due to change of mind.
If a product is damaged in transit, you will need to contact Addictive Scents immediately via email (email@example.com) and include detailed photo's of the damages. Upon assessment of the goods, we may ask you to return the goods (as a liability to our courier company) and we will resend the exact same product to you in return.
Please bare in mind as we use couriers for delivery, we receive proof of deliveries, times and dates.
